HR Officer

1) HR Officer.
2) Payroll Officer.

• Implement Company policies & procedures.
• Provide operational HR services in line with policy.
• Manage Staff leaves, End of service procedures.
• Manage social insurance procedures for all employees.
• Manage taxes procedures related to employees.
• Represent the company on all labor office cases.
• Communicate with all governmental bodies.
• Maintain and update HR system.
• Administer and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Prepare monthly payroll for payment.
• Manage the formalities of salary increases, promotions, transfer compliance with applicable laws & policies.
• Follow-up staff loans and deductions per policies and regulations.
• Process the respective deductions from employees’ salaries.
• Perform monthly payroll analyses.
• Ensure confidentiality of company payroll.

•Bachelor in business administration or any management or related field.
•3+ years experience in similar role or accounting role.

•Knowledge:
Basic accounting – Microsoft office packages – Labour law – Good English language - Computer.

•Skills:
Team player - Report writing – analytical skills – problem solving – initiative - Ethics & Integrity
